Do you have an hourly rate?
Yes. Our hourly rate for sedans is $70, and $80 for SUVs and vans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash.

Do you offer transportation for disabled customers?
We have accessible vans available upon request.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes, we have a two hour minimum reservation time.
When does the rental time begin?
For local reservations, the time starts when we pick you up. If we will be picking you up outside the Phoenix Metro area, the time starts when the driver leaves the garage.
I'm traveling with my dog. Can I still request your services?
Absolutely! We love our furry passengers, too! We thoroughly clean our cars, so those with allergies need not worry.
What does your company's insurance cover?
To protect everyone in unfortunate situations, our insurance covers $1.5 million in medical, in addition to property damage coverage.
Are background checks done on all of your chauffeurs?
As required by Phoenix Sky Harbor and many other airports, all drivers go through an extensive background check and fingerprinting.
Do you have child safety seats available?
We have multiple sizes of child restraint seats available upon request. There is a $20 fee for the seat, regardless of the reservation time frame.
Can I request a specific route to take on the way to my destination?
Absolutely! Just let your driver know and they will be more than happy to assist with any special requests in route to your destination.
Is there an additional fee for Meet & Greet service at the airport?
Phoenix Limo Connection offers Meet and Greet service upon request. Your driver will be waiting for you in the baggage claim area with your name on an iPad and will assist you with your luggage. There is an additional $20 fee for this service.
